Error
Setting a JPEG2000 compression with a quality of 100 when copying a raster dataset within or into an ArcSDE geodatabase using the Copy Raster geoprocessing tool or the Export Raster Data dialog box from ArcMap results in poor image quality.

A. Run the Copy Raster geoprocessing tool formatted as JPEG2000 with a compression of 100 and specify 'SDEBinary' as a configuration keyword. B.
