This issue is not reproducible in newer versions of Internet Explorer (10 and 11) when saving statistics reports in ArcGIS Server Manager 10.3. The suggested workaround is to utilize Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or a newer version of Internet Explorer.

- Use another web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and so on)
- If using Internet Explorer, log out from the ArcGIS Server Manager and log in again. The new saved report is visible.
