Beginning with ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7, versions of ArcGIS Enterprise will either be designated as short-term support releases or long-term support releases. Short-term support releases will receive a total of 3 years of support, while long-term support releases will receive a total of 6 years of support.
Along with all components of the ArcGIS Enterprise base deployment (Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Data Store, ArcGIS Web Adaptor), all server licensing roles of the ArcGIS Server software components follow the same product life cycle of the main ArcGIS Enterprise version.
ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes has a separate product lifecycle.
ArcGIS Enterprise extensions include the following:
*Deprecation Notice for ArcGIS Workflow Manager (Classic): All the components of ArcGIS Workflow Manager (Classic), which include Desktop/Pro and Server extensions and Pro Admin, will be deprecated in Q4 2024.
*Deprecation Notice for ArcGIS GeoPlanner: ArcGIS GeoPlanner, an extension for ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online, is being deprecated. The final release of ArcGIS GeoPlanner was the June 2024 update for ArcGIS Online. The final release of ArcGIS GeoPlanner in ArcGIS Enterprise was 11.2, released in November 2023.
All patches and hotfixes that are available for a particular version have the same support life cycle as the version they address.
