HOW TO
Custom color schemes can be created in ArcGIS Pro, and these can be saved as styles, such as a custom or Favorites style, and used in any project. Refer to ArcGIS Pro: Create a custom color scheme for more information.
Custom styles can be transferred to a different machine by sharing the custom style as a web style to ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise and accessed in ArcGIS Pro on the other machine. However, only valid symbols are included in web styles, and color schemes are not included. Refer to ArcGIS Pro: Share a web style for more information.
This article provides the workflow to transfer a custom color scheme in ArcGIS Pro to a different machine, which is useful when bringing a custom color scheme from an old machine to a new one.

Note: The Application Data (or AppData) folder is hidden by default. Refer to FAQ: What are the user.config files for in ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro? for more information.
The image below shows the custom color scheme ready to be used in ArcGIS Pro on the different machine.
Note: To delete a color scheme from a style, right-click the item in the style folder and click Delete.
