When symbolizing features in ArcGIS Pro, the color palettes and color schemes can be customized and saved as the Favorites style. Saving these customized colors as Favorites promotes consistency and standardization across maps, scenes, layouts, and even projects, as it is linked to the user account. Customized color palettes or color schemes saved as Favorites are sometimes outdated and must be modified to newer, uncluttered designs. This article provides the workflow.
The customized color palette (image on the left) and color scheme (image on the right) shown below are saved as the Favorites style.
Note: To delete a color or color scheme from the Favorites style, right-click the desired item in the Favorites folder and click Delete.
Demonstrated below is the modified color palette (image on the left) and color scheme (image on the right) of the Favorites style.
