ArcGIS Pro Life Cycle
Additional product information
*ArcGIS Pro 2.9.x
We are adding an extended support phase to ArcGIS Pro 2.9 to provide additional time for users who have customizations that require additional work to address the breaking ArcGIS Pro .NET SDK changes in the ArcGIS Pro 3.x release, and as a result, have not yet been able to make the transition to ArcGIS Pro 3.x within the general availability period of ArcGIS Pro 2.9. Extended support will be provided from December 1, 2023, through November 30, 2024. During this extended support period, Esri will only address critical issues related to data corruption, crashes, and security issues where technically feasible. We will not be providing certification for new versions of operating systems, databases, development environments, etc. The expectation is during this extended support period organizations will be working towards making the transition to ArcGIS Pro 3.x. This extended support time is offered for ArcGIS Pro 2.9 only.
