Description
Data collected from the ArcGIS Survey123 Connect survey forms are not displayed in the Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer web map.
Cause
- The viewing selection is disabled in the Share Results settings in ArcGIS Survey123.
- The 'Allow sent surveys to be edited' option is disabled in ArcGIS Survey123 Connect.
- The 'Editors can see all features' option is disabled in ArcGIS Online. After the ArcGIS Survey123 Connect 3.14 update, the query on the feature service is disabled by default to provide users with the most secure data implementation and allow them to open their data up as they see fit. This is to avoid displaying data unknowingly to the public after publishing the survey. Refer to ArcGIS Survey123: The map on the Data page of my survey shows locations, but when I click Open in Map Viewer, there are no locations for more information.
