Incorrect information in the cities.sdc and mcities.sdc files for ESRI StreetMap Premium Europe Tele Atlas 2009 Release 1

Description

In ESRI StreetMap Premium Europe Tele Atlas 2009 Release 1, two issues have been identified that can be repaired with a downloadable patch:

1. Names in the cities.sdc file containing invalid characters.

2. The mcities.sdc file contains several incorrect population values.

Cause

Some names in the cities.sdc file contain invalid characters that are incorrectly converted diacritical marks, and some population values in the mcities.sdc file are incorrect.
