A type of network analysis that involves routing a fleet of vehicles to known specifications with the goal to a) achieve a known objective, for example, to lower operating costs, while b) simultaneously satisfying certain constraints, such as achieving optimal time windows, multiple route capacities, travel duration constraints, and so forth.
