[graphics (computing)]
Acronym for red, green, blue. A color model that uses red, green, and blue, the primary additive colors used to display images on a monitor. RGB colors are produced by emitting light, rather than by absorbing it as is the case with ink on paper. Adding 100 percent of all three colors results in white.
[digital image processing]
The three components used to specify a 24-bit (true) color.
