Kappa coefficient

[accuracy] In map accuracy, a measurement comparing classification results to values assigned by chance. The resulting value ranges between 0 (no agreement between the classified image and the reference data) and 1 (the classified image and the reference data are identical). The higher the Kappa coefficient, the more accurate the classification.
