PROBLEM
Cannot edit the feature dataset on SDE after canceling the build of a geometric network
Description
After canceling the build of a geometric network, the lock is persisted on the feature dataset. Editing or adding feature classes to the dataset in not allowed. This only occurs in an SDE geodatabase.
Solution or Workaround
Close the current session of ArcCatalog and start another session.
