  1. [photogrammetry] Often abbreviated to FMV. A video format that is a combination of video stream and associated metadata in one video file, making the video geospatially aware. Associated metadata includes camera pointing position, platform position and attitude, and other related data that is encoded into each video frame. Full-motion video is compliant with the Motion Imagery Standards Board (MISB) specifications. FMV typically means FMV-compliant.
