To check an organization's credit balance in ArcGIS Online, navigate to the Overview tab of the organization page and view the credit balance on the Credits card. If credits purchased are not reflected on the Overview or Status tab, refer to Problem: Purchased credits do not display in ArcGIS Online for more information and workarounds to solve the issue.
