ArcGIS Field Maps (Android) does not display data filtered by a relative date ('not within the last' and 'in the last') from a hosted feature layer.

Use a hosted feature layer view with a view definition set using a relative date filter (`in the last`), as opposed to setting the filter directly on the hosted feature layer in a web map.
