In the dataset provided, there are 3222 valid features that you can add to the map. Adding this entire dataset to the map as a layer will add 3222 polygons on to the map. This is very heavy and will take a very long time to draw. It might seem like excel is crashing during the drawing process. if you wait, all polygons will be added to the map. It is recommended to aggregate rows when adding large data sets - especially polygons.対処法
