A download failure occurs when attempting to download an offline area for a web map containing a large number of attachments on Android devices in ArcGIS Collector.

ArcGIS Collector is replaced by ArcGIS Field Maps. The issue is fixed in the ArcGIS Field Maps 22.4 release. Use the ArcGIS Field Maps app instead.対処法
On the Settings tab of the web map, navigate to Advanced Options in the Offline section, and set the following options to be true.
a. Editable Features: Device will download and get updates to features and attachments.
b. Read-only Features: Device will download and get updates to features and attachments.
