Config.db no se actualiza cuando el puerto Mongo se cambia del predeterminado en el postinstalador

Descripción

When the default MongoDB port 27017 is changed in the ArcGIS Monitor post-installer, only one of three entries in config.db is updated. As a result, the ArcGIS Monitor Server service stops running.

Causa

A connection is not possible due to mismatching port entries.

Solución o solución alternativa

Follow the instructions provided to fix this issue.

1. Start ArcGIS Monitor Administrator.
2. Navigate to File > Open, and select the config.db file.
3. On the Mongo tab, update the Mongo Port number to the desired port.

4. Click File > Save.
5. Restart the ArcGIS Monitor Server service.
