The Export to KML option in the Items Details page of ArcGIS Online for a hosted feature layer is not correctly converting multipart polygon data.

Solución alternativa

The layer can be successfully converted to KML when:

A) using the Layer to KML tool in ArcMap (10.6.1)

B) using the Layer to KML tool in ArcGIS Pro (2.2)

C) using the Extract tool in the Analysis widget in ArcGIS Online.
