Error
In Collector for ArcGIS, a member with viewer-role privileges in ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS can create, delete, and update features as well as synchronize changes back to the feature service.

1. Create an empty feature layer, and publish it as a feature service enabling the Create, Delete, Update, Query, and Synchronize operations. 2. Publish the desired data as a feature service and only enable the Query and Sync operations. 3. Add both feature services to a web map that is shared to the user(s) with viewer-role privileges. 4. Access the web map in Collector for ArcGIS. The user can still apply edits, but only on the empty feature layer.Pasos para reproducir
