PROBLEM
When attempting to sync a collaboration workspace immediately in Portal for ArcGIS, the Sync Workspace option is disabled, as shown in the image below.
The Sync Workspace option is disabled when a scheduled sync fails or is in progress. A collaboration workspace can only execute one sync event at a time, and not execute concurrently.
To enable the Sync Workspace option, purge the sync status message in the ArcGIS Portal Directory.
