Problem: When publishing hosted scene layers from ArcGIS Pro, the Jobs Status tab shows that caching has failed without any error message
When using ArcGIS Enterprise on Windows Server 2016, if SSL 3.0 is disabled when publishing hosted scene layers from ArcGIS Pro, the Jobs Status tab shows that caching has failed. No message is returned when publishing hosted scene layers from a scene layer package in the ArcGIS Enterprise portal website, but the resultant hosted scene layer does not draw when added to the scene viewer.
By default, SSL 3.0 is disabled on Windows Server 2016. GIS Server sites installed on Windows Server 2016 and set as the hosting server must have SSL 3.0 enabled if hosted scene layers are to be published to the ArcGIS Enterprise portal.
