Unable to store address locator

Error Message

When attempting to use the 'Create Address Locator', the following error message appears:

"Error: Unable to store address locator.
reason: The table is not found. The Microsoft Jet Database Engine cannot find the input table or query GC_xx#. Make sure it exists and that it's name is spelled correctly."

Cause

The personal geodatabase attributes are 'read-only'.
