PROBLEM
A Workforce project is not available in the My Projects web page in the ArcGIS Workforce web app, even though the project is available in the ArcGIS organization content and can be viewed through the Workforce project URL.
The feature layer created in the project's folder is unshared with the project's group. During a project creation in ArcGIS Workforce, a folder and a group are created in the ArcGIS organization's content. The folder contains two web maps and a hosted feature layer that are all shared with the group. Unsharing the feature layer in the folder with the project's group causes the project to no longer display in the Workforce web app.
The image below shows the feature layer, Project_Test, not shared to the project's group.
Share the hosted feature layer to the Workforce project's group. Refer to ArcGIS Online: Share items with a group and select the group created for the ArcGIS Workforce project. The image below shows all the items in the Workforce project's folder named Project_Test are shared to the project's group.
Refresh the My Projects web page in the Workforce web app to display the project. The image below shows the project, Project_Test is displayed in the Workforce web app.
