Unable to view new ArcGIS Workforce projects in the mobile app

Description

ArcGIS Workforce projects created in the ArcGIS Workforce web app (workforce.arcgis.com) on August 4th, 2020 and later do not appear in the Workforce for ArcGIS mobile app.

Cause

Workforce for ArcGIS is a Classic mobile app version where only Classic projects can be viewed. Projects created after the August 2020 release of ArcGIS Workforce can only be viewed in the ArcGIS Workforce mobile app version 20.1.0 and above.

Solution or Workaround

To resolve the issue, install the ArcGIS Workforce app version 20.1.0 or above. The image below shows the difference between the icons for the Workforce for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Workforce mobile apps.

Note:
Both versions of the app can be installed on the same mobile device.
