PROBLEM
In ArcGIS Survey123, attempting to view a survey fails and returns the following error message:
Error: The survey is not accessible or does not exist. Please ensure the signed in user (<username>) can access this survey and that the survey link is correct.
In ArcGIS Online, reassign the survey folder including the survey form and the survey hosted feature layer to the new owner. Refer to ArcGIS Online: Change owner for instructions.
Note: This workflow is only applicable if the survey form or the survey hosted feature layer has been deleted and it is within 14 days.
In ArcGIS Online, restore the survey items; the survey form or the survey hosted feature layer from the recycle bin. Refer to ArcGIS Online: Restore items for instructions.
Note: To prevent the survey form and the survey hosted feature layer from being deleted, enable delete protection for the items. Refer to ArcGIS Online: Enable delete protection for instructions.
In ArcGIS Online, purchase additional credits for the organization from the Esri store to access the survey.
Contact the organization’s IT department to add an exception for the ArcGIS Survey123 URL to the firewall. Add the following URL:
