Unable to run the Train Deep Learning Model tool in an offline environment

Description

When using the Train Deep Learning Model tool in an offline environment, it fails with the following error:

Downloading: "https://download.pytorch.org/models/resnet34-333f7ec4.pth" to C:\Users\Administrator/.cache\torch\checkpoints esnet34-333f7ec4.pth

Cause

This issue occurs because the tool needs to download a pytorch (.pth) file that it requires to run.

Solution or Workaround

To use the Train Deep Learning Model tool in an offline environment, follow the steps below:

1. In an online environment, navigate to the following URL in a browser to download the required .pth file.

https://download.pytorch.org/models/resnet34-333f7ec4.pth

2. Transfer the downloaded file into the offline environment, and save the file in the following location:

C:\Users\Administrator/.cache\torch\checkpoints

3. Run the tool. It runs successfully since the required .pth file is saved within the folder that the tool refers to.
