PROBLEM
In ArcGIS Dashboards, elements other than Map, ‘Rich text’, and ‘Embedded content’ added to the dashboard’s view do not display for other members within the same organization or public users when viewing the dashboard after the sharing settings of the data used are changed to public. In some instances, the elements in the dashboard load indefinitely or display a message, ‘No data’, and a warning icon with the 'Cannot access data' message, as shown below.
Note: Only an organization's default administrator or a member with administrative privileges can perform the following workflows.
Change the members role
In ArcGIS Online, change the members role to Publisher, or Administrator. Refer to ArcGIS Online: Change member roles for instructions to change the organization's member roles on ArcGIS Online.
Enable the ‘Editors can see all features’ option
Note: If necessary, deselect and select Editors can't see any features, even those they add before selecting the What features can editors see? option.
Note: Refresh the dashboard to reflect the changes made.
The image below shows all the elements displaying the feature information in ArcGIS Dashboards.
