Update ArcGIS Survey123 Connect

Summary

This article provides steps to update ArcGIS Survey123 Connect by installing the latest version of the app.

Procedure

Note:
While it is not required, Esri recommends uninstalling previous versions of ArcGIS Survey123 Connect before installing the new version.

1. Navigate to the ArcGIS Survey123: ArcGIS Survey123 Downloads page.

2. Download the ArcGIS Survey123 Connect app under the Get ArcGIS Survey123 Connect or Download ArcGIS Survey123 sections. Refer to ArcGIS Survey123: Install ArcGIS Survey123 Connect for more information.

3. Run the executable file to install the app.

Note:
Installing a new version of Survey123 Connect does not overwrite previous versions if they are not installed on the same directory. Multiple versions of Survey123 Connect may exist on different directories, and could be useful for troubleshooting. However, Esri only supports the latest versions of Survey123 Connect.

4. Launch ArcGIS Survey123 Connect and sign in to an ArcGIS Online organizational account. All the survey forms are available on the app page.
