Error Message

Attempting to log in to ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App fails, and returns the following error message:

Login using another account.

Cause

The role assigned to the member does not have the privileges to access ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App. Refer to ArcGIS Business Analyst: User types and roles for more information.

Solution or Workaround

Note:
Only an organization's default administrator or a member with administrative privileges can perform the following workflow.

Update the member's role with the privilege to access ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App. In ArcGIS Online, change the member's role to User, Publisher, Facilitator, or Administrator. Refer to ArcGIS Online: Change member roles for instructions.

Alternatively, change the member's role to a custom role and configure it to grant the necessary privileges to access ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App. Refer to ArcGIS Business Analyst: User types and roles for more information.
