PROBLEM
Attempts to log in to ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App fail, and the login page loads indefinitely.
The user's role does not have the required privileges to access ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App.
Note: Only an organization's administrator can perform the following workflows.
To resolve the issue, change the user's default role to User, Publisher, Facilitator, or Administrator. Refer to ArcGIS Business Analyst: Permissions for more information on the access privileges to ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App for each role.
Alternatively, change the user's role to a custom role, and configure it to grant the necessary privileges to access ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App. Refer to ArcGIS Business Analyst: Permissions for more information on privilege combinations to access ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App.
