PROBLEM
When logging in to ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App, the page loads indefinitely as shown in the image below.
This issue occurs when the Autosave option of the most recently used project is enabled, and the project's group in ArcGIS Online is deleted. Refer to ArcGIS Business Analyst: Business Analyst content in ArcGIS Online for more information.
Note: Relaunch ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App to regenerate the BA Preferences file in ArcGIS Online.
