Failed to remove this project

Error Message

In ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App, when attempting to delete a project, the following error message is returned:

Failed to remove this project.

Cause

The project's hosted feature layer is deleted in ArcGIS Online. Refer to ArcGIS Business Analyst: Business Analyst content in ArcGIS Online for more information.

Solution or Workaround

In ArcGIS Online, delete the project's group to remove the project from ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App.

1. Log in to ArcGIS Online with administrator privileges.
2. Click Groups > My Groups.
3. Browse to the project's group and click Delete Group.
4. In the Delete window, click Delete.
