ERROR
On the ArcGIS Enterprise machine, attempts to run a command utility for the deployment fail, and return the following error message in the Command Prompt window:
Error: <command utility> is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
The image below shows the error message when attempting to run the 'webgisdr' utility in the Command Prompt window.
In the Command Prompt window, the command utility directory is not specified or set correctly. The default location of the command utility is:
C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\tools\<command utility>
Change the location to the command utility directory before running the utility in the Command Prompt window, as shown in the code block and image below.
Note: Depending on the command utility directory, use quotation marks when specifying the utility location in the Command Prompt window. Refer to Microsoft: Long filenames or paths with spaces require quotation marks for more information.
C:\Windows\system32>cd "C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\tools\<command utility>"
