Error:
An unrecoverable failure has occurred. Please contact your GeoEvent Server administrator

Cause

  1. On the Windows taskbar, search for and select Task Manager.
  2. In the Task Manager window, click Services.
  3. Search and select ArcGIS Server. Right-click ArcGIS Server and select Restart.
