  1. [photogrammetry] Radiation that is reflected from the surface of a feature, bounced into the optical path from surrounding areas, and reflected from clouds above the area of a pixel. It is a measurement of the flux density of radiant energy per unit solid angle and per unit projected area of radiating surface, measured in Watts per steradian per square meter (W�sr?1�m?2), as a function of wavelength.
