Acronym for Détermination d'Orbite et Radiopositionnement Intégré par Satellite or Doppler Orbitography and Radiopositioning Integrated by Satellite. A satellite constellation used for the determination of satellite orbits and for positioning. DORIS was initiated and is maintained by the French space agency, Centre National d'Études Spatiales (CNES).
