Warning:   
The following solution wipes data from the data store. It is recommended that the data is backed up before proceeding with these steps. Refer to Portal for ArcGIS: Manage data store backups for instructions.

1. 以管理员身份运行 Windows 命令提示符。
2. 导航到位于以下位置的 ArcGIS Data Store 实用程序文件夹：

C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\DataStore\tools

3. 使用以下命令运行 unregisterdatastore 命令实用程序以取消注册关系数据存储：

unregisterdatastore –stores relational –prompt yes

4. 卸载 ArcGIS Data Store。

To restore any backups to the newly installed data store, use the restoredatastore utility.
