原因

• 已在另一台计算机上授权 ArcGIS Pro 单机版许可，并且未在初始计算机上解除授权该许可。 当初始计算机丢失、损坏或无法访问时，可能会出现这种情况。
• 由于在计算机配置中进行的更改，可信存储中的许可变为不受信任。 将许可文件从一台计算机移至另一台计算机，并且唯一计算机编号 (UMN) 发生更改时，可能会出现这种情况。 由于许可与初始计算机的 UMN 绑定，因此无法识别这些许可。

解决方案或解决方法

1. 解除授权许可。
