Error:
Error encountered: The data store machine may not have been initialized.

原因

ArcGIS Enterprise デプロイメント全体をアップグレードすると、ArcGIS Data Store が間違った順序でアップグレードされます (たとえば、Portal for ArcGIS や ArcGIS Server の前など)。 詳細については、「Portal for ArcGIS: ArcGIS Enterprise のアップグレードの順序」をご参照ください。

解決策または対処法

ArcGIS Data Store を正しいアップグレード順序でバックアップし、再インストールします。

The following solution wipes data from the data store. It is recommended that the data is backed up before proceeding with these steps. Refer to Portal for ArcGIS: Manage data store backups for instructions.

1. 管理者として Windows のコマンド プロンプトを実行します。
2. 次の ArcGIS Data Store ユーティリティ フォルダーに移動します。

C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\DataStore\tools

3. unregisterdatastore コマンド ユーティリティを実行し、以下のコマンドを実行してリレーショナル データ ストアを登録解除します。

unregisterdatastore –stores relational –prompt yes

4. ArcGIS Data Store をアンインストールします。
5. コンピューターで次のディレクトリに移動します。

C:\Program Files\ArcGIS

6. DataStore フォルダーのコンテンツの名前を変更するか削除します。
7. コンピューターで次のディレクトリに移動します。

C:\

8. arcgisdatastore フォルダーのコンテンツの名前を変更するか削除します。
9. Portal for ArcGIS および ArcGIS Server をアップグレードした後、ArcGIS Data Store を再インストールします。
10. プライマリ ArcGIS Server コンピューターの Data Store 構成ウィザードに移動し、プライマリ Data Store を再登録します。 Data Store 構成ウィザードのディレクトリの例を以下に示します。

Note:
To restore any backups to the newly installed data store, use the restoredatastore utility.
