Unable to view attachments in an ArcGIS Online web or field app

Description

When viewing a pop-up of a web map in an ArcGIS Online web or field app such as ArcGIS Field Maps, ArcGIS Dashboards, and ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, the hosted feature layer’s attachment is not displayed, as shown in the images below.

Cause

Permission to view attachments is not enabled in the pop-up settings at the web map level.

Solution or Workaround

To display attachments in an ArcGIS Online web or field app, configure the web map’s pop-up settings. Ensure the Show feature attachments as links check box is checked in Map Viewer Classic. Refer to ArcGIS Online: Show attachments for more information.
