ArcGIS Dashboards does not display attachments in an embedded web map

Description

The pop-ups in ArcGIS Dashboards do not display information about features or rows from a layer in an embedded web map. In the image below, the attachments based on a layer's pop-up information are not available.

Cause

The Enable Attachments setting of the embedded web map is not enabled in ArcGIS Online, as shown in the following image.

Solution or Workaround

To turn on the Enable Attachments settings for an embedded web map in ArcGIS Online, refer to: ArcGIS Online: Allow Attachments
