Unable to view features in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer

Description

When opening a hosted feature layer in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, the features are not displayed in the map.

Cause

The 'Editors can't see any features, even those they added' setting is enabled in the settings of the hosted feature layer.

Solution or Workaround

Note:
Only the owner of the hosted feature layer, the organization's default administrator, or a member with administrative privileges can perform the following workflow.

1. Log in to ArcGIS Online.
2. Click Content > My Content.
3. Browse to and click the hosted feature layer.
4. On the item details page, click the Settings tab.
5. Scroll down to the Feature Layer (hosted) section.
6. Under the What features can editors see? settings, select either the Editors can see all features or Editors can only see their own features (requires editor tracking) option.
7. Click Save.
