Unable to back up ArcGIS Enterprise that is federated with multiple ArcGIS Server sites

Description

When using the Web GIS Disaster Recovery (WebGISDR) tool to back up ArcGIS Enterprise that is federated with multiple ArcGIS Server sites in a multiple-machine deployment, the tool fails to back up the ArcGIS Data Store relational data store, and returns the following error message in the Command Prompt window:

Error:   
Failed to back up the Relational ArcGIS Data Store:
Url: <ComponentAccessURL>.
Cannot access the file <BackUpFileLocation>.

Cause

The file path format of the backup location is specified as an absolute path in the webgisdr.properties file, restricting ArcGIS Server to only search the machine's drives for the location.

Solution or Workaround

Specify the file path format of the backup location as a UNC path in the webgisdr.properties file. The path below is an example of a UNC path:

\\myServer\data\datafiles
