Unable to access ArcGIS Dashboards from the item details page in ArcGIS Online

Description

In ArcGIS Online, on the dashboard's item details page, the View Dashboard and Edit Dashboard buttons are unavailable.

Cause

The Essential Apps add-on license is not assigned to the organization member.

Solution or Workaround

Note:
Only an organization's default administrator or a member with administrative privileges can perform the following workflow.

1. Log in to the ArcGIS Online organizational account.
2. On the Organization tab, click Licenses > Add-on licenses.
3. Navigate to and click App bundles. In the Essential Apps section, click Manage.

4. In the Manage: Essential Apps window, search for the member to assign the license to.
5. Toggle on the button next to the name to enable the license.
