Some preconfigured services are not available in ArcGIS Server Manager

Description

ArcGIS Servers come with a range of preconfigured services to assist users in accomplishing common tasks in ArcGIS Enterprise. In some instances, after setting up the ArcGIS Enterprise deployment, some of the server role's preconfigured services are unavailable on the ArcGIS Server Manager page as shown in the image below.

Cause

Some of the existing ArcGIS Server licensing roles have not been authorized in the ArcGIS Enterprise deployment. For example, if ArcGIS Server is authorized with the ArcGIS Image Analyst license, only the preconfigured services for the server role are available in ArcGIS Server Manager.

Solution or Workaround

To display the preconfigured services of different server roles in ArcGIS Server Manager, enable the preferred server licensing role by authorizing the software with an authorization file for the role.
