PROBLEM
Image points and flight paths fail to display in ArcGIS Drone2Map
Description
When attempting to display image points in the ArcGIS Drone2Map, the image points and flight paths fail to display. In some cases, the save location for the project cannot be specified.
Cause
There are remnants of a previous version of ArcGIS Drone2Map installed on the machine. These remnants may have occurred due to either an interrupted installation process of ArcGIS Drone2Map or an improper uninstallation of an older version of the software.
Solution or Workaround
Perform a clean uninstallation and reinstallation of all versions of ArcGIS Drone2Map currently installed on the machine, including remnant files from previous installations. Refer to How To: Perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of ArcGIS Drone2Map for instructions and more information.
