PROBLEM
Feature points in a feature service exported as a KMZ file in ArcGIS Online do not display on Google Earth. However, the feature points are displayed as intended in ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Pro.
The z-value of the feature points do not correspond to the surface of the map. For example, if the elevation of the maps surface is 100 meters, and the z-value of the corresponding point is 25 meters, the point does not display on the surface of the map in Google Earth.
Change the z-values of the feature points in ArcGIS Pro to a value that corresponds to the elevation of the map's surface. Refer to ArcGIS Pro: Clear or edit z-values for steps to do this.
