PROBLEM
When a layout is exported, the exported file does not display according to the layout settings in ArcGIS Pro. In some instances, the exported file has uneven page margins or the map frame and other layout elements are cropped.

Known causes of this issue include the following.
Use one of the following options to resolve the issue.
Place the map frame and layout elements within the layout’s page area
In ArcGIS Pro, drag and reposition the map frame and layout elements to place them within the layout page. Refer to ArcGIS Pro: Add and modify map frames and ArcGIS Pro: Work with layout elements for more information.
Note: Alternatively, use ArcMap and check the Clip Output to Graphics Extent check box in the Export Map window, as in the image below, to export the layout with map elements that are outside of the layout page. Refer to ArcMap: Exporting your map for more information.
Uncheck the 'Clip to graphics extent' check box to export the entire layout page
In ArcGIS Pro, uncheck the Clip to graphics extent check box in the Export Layout window to export the entire layout page, including blank areas. Refer to ArcGIS Pro: Export a layout for more information.
