Summary
In ArcGIS Experience Builder, the Select tool is used to interact with features on web maps displayed in the Map widget. By default, only 100 features can be selected on the map, as shown in the image below.
This article describes how to increase the number of selectable features in ArcGIS Experience Builder.
Note:
The results for this query are limited to the maxRecordCount property of the feature layer. By default, the maxRecordCount for a feature service is 2000. To increase the maxRecordCount property of a feature service, refer to Problem: Unable to edit the maximum record count for feature services in Portal for ArcGIS for instructions.
Procedure
- In ArcGIS Experience Builder, drag and drop the Map widget from the Insert widget panel to the canvas.
- In the panel on the right, on the Content tab, under Source, click the Select map button.
- In the Select data pane, select a web map. If necessary, click Add new data to add web maps from ArcGIS Online.
- On the Content tab, under Tools, toggle Select on.
- In the Data panel, browse to and click the web map card to view its details pane.
- Click the Feature Layer card to view its details pane.
- Click the Settings
icon to display the settings window of the feature layer. - Click the Records tab and specify a value of more than 100 for Page size. In the example below, 887 is specified.
- Click Apply changes.
- Click Save
to save the experience, and click Publish to publish the experience to ArcGIS Online. - To view the published experience, click More
from the toolbar at the top of the builder window and click View published item.
